an invaluable tool allowing you to visualise and alter your surgery design before any work has begun.

Design and Planning

Through our in-house technical support team, web-based helpdesk and manufacturer trained and accredited equipment engineers, we can ensure that your service or repair downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.

Project Management
A significant factor in our Technical Support system is continuing professional development.
Our Head Office based Professional Development Centre ( PDC) carries out regular training
and refresher courses for both engineering and surgery support personnel. To date, we have trained in excess of 150 equipment engineers. Our latest courses, designed for practice personnel, highlight the benefits that good care and cleaning procedures can have on practices, reducing costs and downtime in the surgery, whilst our innovative “Sterilisation Procedures Programme” focuses on Central Sterilisation protocols, effective workflow,
practices and equipment operation and maintenance, which includes washer disinfectors, autoclaves and handpieces.

Maintenance and Repair
With over 30 years experience of managing projects, both large and small, our team has all the necessary skills and expertise to ensure your project is managed professionally and effectively. As experts in the field of designing and delivering healthcare projects we, as a matter of course, keep abreast of the current guidelines and legislation and can advise you to ensure your practice is fully compliant, offering approved solutions as and when required. In addition
to managing our own teams, our Project Managers are available to liaise with and co-ordinate your own trades people if required, relieving you of the day to day encumbrance of project management.
